Mentoring a deaf class
I am currently mentoring a deaf class, and it is the most amazing thing I've witnessed in a long time. The teacher I am mentoring is phenomenal and she cares so much about her students and how they are progressing. Shes given me a great insight to what the classroom setting in public schools is like. The students are amazing, and are so thrilled I am there working with them and know sign. It truly showed me I made the right choice in choosing deaf education. Just mentoring this classroom has been a rewarding experience!
