Hey All-
So it took me forever to figure out how to post on the blog, im not the best with technology. Anyway, My name is Katelyn George. I'm a junior. My major is Animal Studies but I have a minor in ASL. I orignially came here for the ASL Interpreter Program but decided that wasn't what I wanted to do the rest of my life but I didnt want to lose sign, because I have many deaf friends, so I continued with the minor to keep my skills up while I was still here. I look forward to this class and hope I can learn a different perspective as on the subject as well.
Hey Katelyn. My name is Sarah Gaudinier it took me forever to figure out how to use this blog thing too! So don't feel bad! I am also getting a minor in ASL and I just started learning it when I started college. I think it is awesome you wanted to keep your sign skills up so you could still communicate with your friends. I need to emerge more in the deaf community because I know that is how you build good communication skills with ASL. I will see you in class.
